The oil extracted using the wood-pressed method is always cold-pressed. Whereas, the oil extracted using the cold-pressed method may not be necessarily extracted by applying wooden pressure and maybe extracted using modern machinery which brings down the heat levels.
At Shrutis, we follow the Traditional Wood Press ‘Kachi Ghani’ method, which is an authentic but less yield method. However, this oil is healthier and more nutritious.
